How will this work?

when i transmute human culture on my asc set and send it to my norn can he wear than human culture?

how work this system with asc accountbound?

edit: oh yeah and how work culture armor skins in the warderobe? can i transmute them than on all chars ?

Think of the PvP armor locker preview, you can click on the armor and add to the preview, once color and skin are set, click okay to consume transmute charges.

Therefore if you are a norn character, you cannot put the other race cultural skin on your toon just like the PvP locker, you cannot preview different race armor.

It can go in his inventory but he can’t wear it assuming it’s a different races culture gear.

Correct, until they transmute it into a different skin or use a transmutation splitter.

I am going to say that anytime you aquire a new ascended item or craft it, it will be account bound. Where before it would be soulbound on aquisition or equip this does not happen anymore and thus you can use that again on any other character.

As for cultural armor I am certain that it will still be race specific. Meaning you can’t wear it, preview it or buy it from the armor vendors, unless you are of that race. Which is a good thing. Cultural armor should stay race specific without other races being able to use it.

Actually after the patch the armor and the skin will be split again. If you wanna add the skin to the armor you have to go into the new wardrobe and the cultural won’t be available if it’s from another race.

You can have equipment restricted to another race in your inventory but not be able to equip it.

This is true NOW. It’ll still be true on the 15th.

Which means you will be able to transfer it to another character on your account… assuming they both are of the same race.
