Well, ok so I bought in-game items like the upgrade promotion that was 1000 gems and also bought that robot who speak on your back don’t even remember the name but anyway is it shared between accounts are to the individual character because i might want the same skin that my warrior has on my guardian and I honestly don’t want to have to repurchase it just to have it on my guardian… the same question about the infinite uses of the axes and mining pickaxes I mean I already paid for it… so would i have to buy it if i wanted another one? (talking about the skin that I got from the promotion the deluxe upgrade) I know this may be a dumb question, but I am really curious.

99% of the stuff in this game is account bound.
1% are soulbound and those are Exotic gear and lower tier gear items.
All customization, skins, shop items are account bound.

Once you’ve unlocked an item by equipping, destroying or mystic forging it, it will be in your account wardrobe where it can be applied to any character (subject to racial and armor weight limitations). You can see what is in your wardrobe by going to your bank and selecting the 3rd tab. It requires one transmutation charge per item to apply.

For something like the back item, you’ll need a back pack strap of some sort to apply it to if you do not already have a back item on that character.

The infinite gathering tools need to be swapped around from character to character. I think it is safe to say we wish they could be in the wardrobe or something, but how do we do it in fairness to those that bought multiple tools for multiple characters?
