i dint see the de before the server name and just pressed transfer without thinking
the last time i played there weren’t any things before the server
name so can you pls take me out off a server i dont understand

That’s kind of funny. I just did the exact same thing, but I speak a little bit of German so I might stay on the server.

If you want to transfer, delete your characters and it will let you do it for free.

Well, you will have to wait 7 days before you can transfer again. You could also try submitting a support ticket to see if they will help you out.

Man, that’s hilarious. I mean I feel for you, I really do. But it’s still hilarious to think of you being on a server where the map chat is filled with a language you don’t understand.

Well the turn around time for support is usually 72 hours. With the new changes I imagine they are really tied up with gem refund requests and such. If you don’t hear back within 72 hours there is a thread in the account forum for support tickets 3 days and older you can post in with your ticket number.

I’d suggest just tinker around a bit with characters until you hear back. Don’t get too attached to any characters in the event they won’t transfer you and you need to delete characters again for another transfer in 7 days to transfer again.

Well, good luck and maybe just roll different alts and do some key farming or something like that. Maybe do some map exploration for charges for your wardrobe. Remember when you delete all your characters everything in your bank and wallet will stay with you. You could also take a it as a way to learn a little German.

By the way, the chat may be filled with German text, but a lot of Germans speak English too. They just feel comfortable speaking in their native language. I bet if you spoke English, some of the people would respond in English.

Well unless you wish to play in WvW just guest to another server. Might be some issues with the maps that are megaservers.

After a week, you will be able to transfer. You can transfer for free of you have no characters.
