Please add patch notes or at least a link to them in the game launcher.

They did. You just have to look.

They do…every single time! Just un-tick auto-play, or whatever it is called.

Moving the patch note link to the screen prior to log-in would be great though. I don’t need my friends to know I’m online if I’m just reading the notes.

Well, in that case, whenever the launcher downloads a new patch, it can be a clue to look at the forum. Front page always shows the latest Patch Notes. No need for anyone to see you online! =)

No it doesnt!!!—there was a patch last week with NO patch notes, many threads asking about it and Anet (following the new No communication protocol) didn’t comment or answer.
Major and LS updates, they usually post.

Geez, I said the front page always shows the latest Patch Notes. I didn’t say it showed patch notes that weren’t released. Get a grip.
