How is this possible ? SoloQ, 1 player was afk, I reported him (botting), next game, still here, report again and third game, again he was there….

at least 10 players reported him…

Dishonorable takes a while to kick in, it sucks but it is what it is.

I think it’s 3 games of afk/leaving and then they get it.

I don’t think there’s any relation between reports and dishonor, one requires employee investigation/action, the other is automated.

Reporting isn’t automatic (if it was, I can imagine how large guilds or groups of people could use them for griefing), it just flags them for a support employee to review them when it’s its turn and take apropiate action.
