It already exist and have been in the game since release.

nah WvW is a zergfest, where numbers are the only factor in deciding a fight. i gave that up a month or two after release. I am talking SPVP but on a larger scale, 15-25 people on each side, objective based on a decent sized map.

Still sounds like WvW.
Zerging != winning in WvW, you don’t get enough points from simply killing the enemy to win.
Splitting out in smaller groups and attacking objectives is more or less needed if you are to have any chance at all in a decently balanced WvW match-up.

Not enough spvp players to populate a map that size, adding this game mode would just fracture an already fairly small community.

I’d like to see a 12v12 objective based PvP instance like Alliance Battles in GW1. WvW is just too shallow to satisfy in my opinion. There’s no direction to it, no coherence or strategy to the combat. At a certain level, it just becomes an unintelligible zerg. Plain and simple, it’s just not fun for a new player, it’s bare-bones and unfinished. It offers no consistent sense of purpose or accomplishment because the combat on that scale just boils down to absolute mush seeing as there is no inherent class structure or healer class. It’s all about DPS or be DPS’d.
Overall, the lack of trinity really hurts this game’s combat system in terms of depth and individual player purpose. A more structured, smaller, objective based arena that encouraged strategy within the skill and group dynamic systems on a more purposeful scale is really what this game could use. I’d be playing it a hell of a lot more than sPvP or WvW.

WvW is 3 teams and unbalanced numbers.
a Large scale Structure PvP would be 2 teams with even numbers fighting for an objective.

WvW doesnt have even numbers like Structure PvP does. So doesnt sound like what the OP is asking for at all.

I played a lot of AB and over the years the game play evolved more and more towards the exact same zerg mentality you now see in WvW.

This exactly! Similar to what i had been suggesting in the Suggestion Forum.
12 vs 12 IS the most balance match of all.
I agree that there will be zergs BUT it Can Be Controlled!
Unlike WvW Zergs are just out of hand.
There IS a difference.
For someone who had max both Kurzick & Luxon Factions in GW1, Wolfie from HA, Deadly Gladiator from TA/RA (got tired of the grind), i know what a balance team set up is! Among all 12vs12 is the ideal set up.
But we seriously NEED a Bigger Map for 12vs12. AB kinda maps layout is Perfect for example.
edit: But make it like a mini WvW or RvR instead of s/tPvp. So more players would take part in it.
