any plans to improve the Water gameplay?
Yep, water combat is what everybody is waiting for. No doubt about that.
I mean, considering how well it was received and all the praising topics about it.
Interesting topic. Before it gets filled with your typical “water combat sucks because blah blah blah” comments, I’ll go ahead and say my two bits.
I personally don’t see any issue with the weapon choices for underwater combat.
However, I’d love to see water-exclusive utilities now that they’re planning on introducing more skills.
And I’d also like to see more water events as well.

It’s rather odd that exactly 0% of the Living Story content has featured underwater gameplay after it was touted as such a big feature prior to release.
Therefore I may take some time replying to you.
Let’s be ambitious and immediately go for craftable breathers, ascended quality. God forbid we can finally slap something remotely useful on our heads underwater.

tbh, I rather they dont bother with it anymore, neither tweaking nor adding. there are much more pressing issues, they shouldnt throw good after bad.

Guess I’m not an “everybody” then as I like underwater. Combat and all. However, I’m fine with it as is and don’t think they need to tinker with it when there is so much more they could be doing.

I love underwater combat.
It is a whole aspect of the game that is being ignored.
I am not a fan of jumping puzzles, but I acknowledge others love them. I don’t call for their removal because I don’t like them.
We get constant updates that include many jumping puzzles, but we have had zero updates for underwater combat. It doesn’t need to be the main focus, but it should get it’s fair turn at some Dev attention as well as these jumping puzzles.
Spread the love around. Skip a jumping puzzle or two in the next update and work on some underwater stuff.

ahahaha, I remember when I was leveling in the area that someone will announce that the Witch is up and many people will reply either “I don’t care!” or “Nobody cares!”
The fight was not a pleasant experience nor rewarding.

I know it’s not that popular, but a lot of people don’t seem to have a good understanding of what their class can do and I see a lot of people with under leveled weapons which does not help at all.
I think if they added some good underwater content with good rewards and got people more used to it, it might catch on a bit more.
