so has ArenaNET made any official posts/statements on when Halloween event begins?

i am excite!

The newest necromancer bug makes me very excited to play the game.

Im really excited, gonna wake up tomorrow before class just to see what the game looks like. I’ve played Halloween in GW1 and I have to say out of every game I’ve played they tend to do Halloween really well!

Don’t care much about the event even though I’m sure it will rock. I want new de’s and prof balancing and bug fixes.

This thread is full on WIN. The game has its problems but honestly do we need a new “oh this game is so broken” thread posted every hour? The fact that ArenaNet is being so tight lipped about this event probably means it’s going to be something special. They could just as easily release all the details so the constant moaning would stop for a brief moment but they’re not. They really don’t want to spoil the surprise.

Yep, excited. I love Halloween! As soon as I get home I’m gonna log on. Lucky I don’t have much school stuff on Mondays!

I am excited for so many reasons really, but most of all for the Black Lion chest explosion of 2012.

Technically, yes, we do need a new post every hour about how many bugs are in Guild Wars 2, without posts about bugs, the game would never get fixed. I do get the fact it’s bothersome seeing posts every “Hour” or you so put it, but it does in fact help, if people are posting about how terrible something is, and how often they post about it, the chances are, it’s likely to see change, and solve a bit of the complaining. Fact is, there’s always going to be complaining, you can’t make everyone happy, just the “Majority” of people who post about certain problems, or have problems with a certain function in the game.

I’m so-so about the update, it’s not going to be anything “Game Changing”, and I’m sure everyone knows that. Over hype too much, and you’ll only bring yourself to disappointment, as the update will be nothing like you’ve expected, or imagined in your head.

I’d “Personally” love to see something creepy, since it is a Halloween event. Something like the game “Requeim Bloody Nightmare” pulled off. They sure had some creative idea’s with that game, but I’d love to see monsters like that are all messed up, and creepy looking, get into the real sense of Halloween.
