Guild Wars 2

Everyone I’m playing with or talking to is having ‘rubber banding’ issues, where they are appearing a huuuge distance away from where they think they are, their skills aren’t working, etc.
Are the servers having issues, or is something wrong with yesterdays patch?

yes, same issue, game is totally unplayable now.

Oh good! I’m glad I’m not the only experiencing this! It made Dungeons impossible today!

Yeah, started DC’ing after patch, cut it short yesterday and haven’t logged in today. Might be first daily I’ve missed since dailies were introduced.

Maybe the biggest denial of service attacks ever that is going on now is responsible???

It’s in the news this evening. PBS Newshour reported that it is having effects on bandwidth across the planet. It’ll be an interesting story to follow in the news.
