New damage over time: 7.5(1.55*Level)+(0.155 * Condition Damage)
so, burning now stacks and you have field skills that apply burning per tick.

what are the plans for bleeding ? increasing the stacks that all the bleeding skills apply ? fixing the formula ? nerfing burning ?
from a pve pov condis were bad, now burning is okish (?) so nerfing it will just push condis back.
from a pvp pov buffing condis cant be a option.
sooo what is anet going to do ?
will giving all the pvp players a buff like wvw players can get from foods help ?
