Guild Wars 2

So after submitting a ticket I was told to come here about my problem.. why I’m not sure because I feel I have a solid reason for submitting my ticket.. anywho maybe somebody knows why this is happening.. I’m trying to use my boost enhancement powder to swap an exp. powder to a crafting powder.. Whenever I try to use the boost powder it automatically brings me to the Trading Post to buy the powder I need (which I have multiples of in my inventory) Clearly the game is telling me to use gems on items I already have… any ideas about this?

You have the booster you wish to convert in your inventory?

It is one of the old exp boosters?

idk if powder works on the new exp/item boosts.
Then again I think the new exp boosts give the crafting xp boost anyway.
