bringing back phantoms hood?
Honestly, I think it comes every Halloween. I just got it last year, when it was on sale.
I apoligize if this has been asked in another thread but are there any plans of anet bringing back the phantoms hood? That hood Is very wicked looking but wiki says it was only released once around a previous halloween.
