why not buffing ?
i ask you this -
1 you have problem with balance of pvp so you nerf – why not buff the week skils ?
2 you have problem with pve balance so you nerf – why not buff the week aspects of pve ?

i hate nefring in any aspect ! it was ok yesterday but not anymore nerf it ! WHY ?

Easier to nerf 1 skill than to buff 100 other skills.

This, but there’s more to it than that.

It takes MUCH less time to adjust the lines of code on one skill than to change the other 100+ lines, not to mention all the potential issues that will arise with altering the many lines of code.

This will always be the norm in online gaming and it is very unlikely to change. Just be happy that Anet doesn’t nerf things that bad. Try other games like AoC or even D3 where your damage gets halved.

Either deal with it or play single player games.

Power creep is the gradual unbalancing of a game due to successive releases of new content. The phenomenon may be caused by a number of different factors and, in extreme cases, can be damaging to the longevity of the game in which it takes place.
As new expansions or updates are released, new game mechanics or effects are introduced, making it increasingly difficult for older content to remain in balance without changes. Usually, this means new content releases grow successively more powerful while older content becomes regressively outdated or relatively underpowered.
