i just made a legendary, and putting a sigil into it. and it became account bound and i didn’t want it tooo!! i didn’t know that would happen now i’m upset because it was gift for someone! i submitted two tickets begging them to undo this!(((

Anet might be able to help, and submitting a support ticket is the right way to get that help because no one on this forum can do anything about it.

The same reason people think taking 6 vitamins must be at least 6 times as good as taking 1….. or they were just really frantic and screwed the first ticket up.

Delete/close the second ticket, and wait for their response. That’s all you can do, really. And also remember that anytime you add an upgrade to an item, you are binding it to your account or character.

So how did you miss the warning popup you get when you add a sigil to something that doing so will make it Account Bound?

dident read and clicked ok to get the annoying pop up to go away.
aint that usualy what people do?

Wait so… you pretty much accepted whatever without reading what you actually agreed to? Well, all you can do now is wait and see what they respond, pretty much.
