i was looking at a video of some guy leveling up his character where he listed everything that gets unlocked at every level.

i noticed point of interest and vistas on his list.

does this mean we can’t do poi and vistas right away?

if so that really stinks, one of the first things i do with my new characters is explore to get some experience right away and at the same time unlock areas.

Yes that’s exactly what it means.

I thought you could get them, they just don’t show up on the map (unless you enable them in the map options) and the CDS arrow won’t point you to them.

The only part of map completion I’ve heard of being locked was skill point challenges.
