I just bought guild wars 2 heart of throns on cdkeys.com yesterday but still cant send mail to another player yet I already redeem the code yesterday for my account

Many features are only available after a certain amount of time has passed or Character Level achieved on the account.

Cannot compose mail until level 6, but may receive mail.

Until your character is Level 6.

I am using a level 80 character that came with my purchase and still cant mail stuff to another player even through I already bought the game and redeem the code for my account

Arenanet does this to hinder gold sellers and such. Be patient, everything will open up to you in time.

so can you tell me how much time do I have to wait to be able to mail stuff to other players in guild wars 2

Limitations:

You cannot send mail to your own characters; use the Account Vault to transfer items between them.

New accounts cannot compose mail until the highest level character has reached level 6.

Paid accounts (newly created or upgraded from Play4Free accounts) cannot send or receive any mail attachments until 7 days (of real-world) time have passed.

The amount of items and coin transferable is capped for newer accounts. The cap is gradually alleviated as you progress in the game.

Free accounts can only send mail to a player who has added the free account holder to their friend list.

You cannot send excessive messages in a short span of time.

You cannot see your sent mails

There is a weekly limit of 500 gold that you can accept through the mail system. Gold will be held in your inbox until it can be collected.

You did not mention mailing items. What is it you are trying to mail?

There are, as stated above, restrictions/limitations placed on new paid accounts.

It’s sad that many kids these days can’t even bring up enough patience to check a link provided to them, which contains exactly the answer they are looking for.

I wouldn’t have taken the time to copy&paste this for them, really. You are a better person than me.
