The only thing you can do about them and others like them is block/report. Because they change up how their text comes across every time the spam flood doesn’t catch them. Blocking and reporting will insure that the account gets banned and (assuming it’s stolen, which it usually is) returned to it’s rightful owner.
Also, there have been several hundred posts like this one and they, like this one will be, have all been closed because discussing gold sellers on the forums is against the forum rules.

They’ve been hitting me in waves the last couple days. They seem to be organizing together and hitting people one right after the next right after the next. New strategy I guess.
Why would I pay them as much as $800 to take the risk of losing my account forever? All those “guarantees”… do they guarantee that they will stand behind me and fight to restore my account? I’m sure their word pulls a lot of weight with ANet. I feel safe just thinking about it.

They won’t be banned; they’ll be returned to the rightful owner of the account. Unless the rightful owner of the account is the guilty party… then they’ll be drawn & quartered, and you’ll see 4 new blocked mini-accounts in your ignore list.
