im at the last part of shadow of the past and i need to read a letter. but theres no letter anywhere. getting a little annoyed with it cause my friend did it at the same time and hes done with the mission. any help plz

Try zoning and coming back. Also what does the text say on your event tracker?

You didn’t mention, did you play with your friend as a party and did your friend start the personal story. But I assume this is the case.

What I have seen with these personal stories, if you are playing with someone with a party, that who started story will only get letters. But don’t stop to play with your friend tho, there is solution. This usually help me when I am playing with my husband.

When you have finish the personal story and you don’t receive letter what your friend just did do like this:

• 1. Leave party and zone to another area, and zone back. Mail should come to your mailbox, if it is not full.
• 2. Leave party and log off to character selection screen and log back. Mail should come to your mailbox, if it is not full.

There are some of these personal stories on the way where you need to do this.

No need…OP has finished L20 last episode, and can resume once the character attains L30, as the next episode in the Personal Story is L30.
