i have teleport to a freind and i cant teleprot to her
i click on her and nothing happens
and i cant use the portol to Bitterfrost Frontier

Do you own the Bitterfrost living story chapter? Have you been there on at least one alt? These may be prerequisites for using the tele to get there.

my freind told me that she didnt had it too and she just teleported to a freind
and now she is farming there

Maybe your friend had the Episode unlocked by having logged in while it was active, even though she had never been in the map before.

Do you have the corresponding Episode unlocked?

Is your friend in the same region as you? If she’s on an NA server and you’re on an EU one (or the other way around) you won’t be able to teleport to her.

You also need to own Season 3 Episode 3 – A Crack in the Ice – to access Bitterfrost Frontier by any method.
