does anyone know if Hidden Arcana rewards the shoulder box if rerun on an alt?
the leggings can be rewarded for rerunning No Refuge, “Can be replayed on another character with matching rewards.” but it doesn’t say that for the shoulders when you rerun HA. I don’t want to rerun HA if im not going to get the shoulder box

Yes, they can be acquired on alts. This link above shows a chart that shows which pieces can be acquired by alts.
