celestial on armors will get nerfed again?

You realize that for a lot of support builds – that is to say you’re trying to provide some support while the game demands you ALSO do damage leaves very few choices other than Celestial for non-primary-DPS players.

I just created whole sets of ascended armors with celestial states.
Shall I have a chance to pick up a new state?
its a nerf not stat removal, why would you want new gear? cause you will do 10~20% damage on crits?
plus if you are on a 2h wep you’ll have a 2nd slot u can just put like sigil of fire if you dont have it and get back that lost dps
I honestly think celestial shouldn’t get a nerf…
the nerf should have been aimed for zerker equipments. celestial was never the main problem, so keeping the same crit damage should be just fine…

The issue in regards to Celestial vs Zerker equipment is that there are some instances in which the Celestial item has a greater Crit Dmg % increase than the Zerker equivalent. Going to a Ferocity stat, if they follow the existing stat array, Celestial will have a significantly lower ferocity than Zerkers. This further weakens the stat combination.
A full set of Zojja Armor has +17% Critical damage(According to wiki.gw2.com), whereas a full set of Wupwup Armor has +19% Critical Damage(According to my character). It will be interesting to note how Ferocity is employed on Celestial gear.
If they don’t enhance at least some of the stats on celestial gear:
Celestial gets nerfed relatively harder than berserker, even though the nerf was aimed at berserker and not celestial.
For an ascended trinket it would mean the player loses 4 stat points relative to what berserker loses. If that continues through the entire set, it’ll be quite a nerf…50+ points in addition to what they lose relative to berserker.
I so hope someone at Anet thought of that and found a good way to compensate…

They really should not nerf the gear or status, what they should nerf is warrior!!!
