Why does this still exist in a game like GW2 which is a skillbased game? As someone in another thread a few weeks ago said. Use charges instead or something else that count the proc down until activation. I can give a few examples.
Signet of Flames: On every fifth attack: Cause a flame AoE.
Signet of Vampirism: Steal health every third attack. Every tenth attack you AoE steal health.
Instead of 5%, 10%, 30%,50% or whatever chance you use. This system is much better. It’s like moba games uses it.
