My understanding from pre-launch videos is that everything conveys, though your decorations will all be back in storage and you’ll have to pick where to put them all.
Red post.

2) Yes, to capture a different one go purchase the expedition for that hall and complete it. You will retain your old hall until you succeed the new expedition. All of your upgrades will then apply to your new hall and you will loose access to your old hall.
I guess I know what the answer will be, but….
If you swap guild hall, do the expedition, unlock it and all your buildings and achievements carry over. Then you decide you don’t like it, and wish to go back to your previous Guild Hall, do you have to do another expedition, even though you had previously unlocked it?
Yes.
Word of advice – delete all of your placed decorations before making the change. The two halls are apparently not at the same level vertically and you will end up with some things in weird spots – including some that are VERY difficult to individually delete.

Guild panel → Storage → Decorations → Clear Decorations button
I thought all the placed decorations automatically went into storage during a swap? This is the first I’ve heard they don’t.

The Devs explicitly stated that all the decorations are placed in storage during a swap. It may have been during one of the Guild Chat presentations.
Right, that’s why I’m confused by Blaeys’ warning above.
