can you re-fun or maybe move bag slots to other toon? is it possible?
i’m done playing my beta charr race, i wanna xfer all my bag slots to my asura race.
i’m a user since gw2 beta, and its 2016 hot expansion already. “i was afk like a year”

Probely a question to send to customer service team, send a ticket in and tell use of they reply. I bet some people would like to know.

You can not move purchased (or any other) additional character bag slots to another character, as they are character-bound and not account-wide. You will have to acquire more bag slots for another character.
