Q:
so gw2 is been out for about a year now if you count the beta and i love this game and everything but this minor issue still keeps talking in my ear. as Players know if you have a charr you have tails and claws (go figure its a giant cat) but the problem i keep having is armor issues with tail and claws clipping and even on some armor set ups the armor is stretched. now I know I could buy the Cloture armor and my tail and claw issue is salved but I am not a fan of light and medium armor for the charr. so what i would like to start is maybe a question to a dev team can we see a polish for our dear kitties? please lol.
here is screen shot to show the issues of tail clipping lol. and if players wnat to post a picture of armor issues with clipping or tail poking throw.

I’m yet to see any (positive) reaction to the slew of topics like these. In fact, as grim as it is, I’ve recently read an interview in which they said making armour for a single race takes too much time and resources so they will continue making fit-all armours for now.
So don’t get your hopes up. Ironically, you’ll see few Charr-couture on the catwalk.

i Hope so man this charr my engi is the 3rd oldest character and even the same character in the beta. i don’t have much love for him because of the armor clipping issue. I was seriously thinking of buying that new armor but the tail….. sorry but ill keep my monies for this time around.
Yeah it’s severely disappointing. You can count the armor sets that look good on charr on 1 hand.
Worst part is Anet has acknowledged the issue and said it’s not worth their time to fix.
I don’t really care quite as much about tail clipping, since I can pretend I have a tail hole cut out of there.
The major issue is when helmets remove a charr’s horns and ears. The designers might as well be flipping the kitten at anyone who plays a charr at that point. It’s laziness to the point of malice.
Im sure making a different armor version between male and female does not giving them extra work..
I vote for making charr armors right now and stretch them to rest.
I don’t care that humans will have a hole in his pants from back.
If we have to live with clipping tails, removed horns and such, they can live with hole in pants.
