edit, now the whole quest is bugged. after letting the event reset by letting cybols hounds be captured, me and that the npc, nia is it? anyway – went to rescue them and when we got to cymbols entrance nia waved and went back to where the hounds were rescured from zzz

Without seeing Cymbels dialogue I can’t tell but do you have a crude leather book for her? You need that to get the baby book.
its ok now. apparently i have had to of known that I needed to craft another crude leather book to start the next bit, but it says speak top cymbol for the new book after completing tiger den
