Is it to late to use your code fragments/cyphers from TM .I have not used them yet.

But it seems we’ve been blatantly misled.

Regardless of the chests, what is plan or future use of the fragment insufficient for keys, will they be sellable as the voting scraps were from post event? or not usable at all in future so safe to destroy?

I went into the liar but no chests. I’m pretty new to the game and doing the living story I did not know you have a time limit on the rewards from these events, IMO that is ridiculous.
