as a necro main i have a question to all ranger mains:
can you explain to me why i get 10 vuln on concussion shot when i use the shortbow grandmaster?
like, i even get the vuln when i headshot upfront and deadeye… so it cant be that its a bonus for “shooting from flanks or behind”….
it really weirds me out
and the vuln applied with concussion shot “dissapear” the moment i swap out “light on the feet”
which is odd since it only says it improves condis, and doesnt add new ones
