Gw2 did away with the holy trinity and replaced it would Power, Power, Power

With the updated Tequatl fight yet again conditions specs are left without a use. Tequatl will always have maxed conditions on him and the bone walls are world items which means I stuck doing worthless damage the whole fight.

After a year is it really that hard to make conditions useful in pve? Honestly for a game that should millions of copies to leave out 25%+ of our customer base over and over seems a little odd. If there is time for these every 2 week updates, I cant for the life of me understand why this would be put on the back burner for so long.

For condition fighters, we need two sets of armor, two sets of ascended. Just to be useful in pvp and pve. We have to learn two builds and change every time we want to do WvWvW or PvE. It is honestly getting old.

There’s no point in continuing to complain about it. It’s not like they’re unaware….
Either go Power or play something else.

I find myself doing more of the latter.

Defend turrets then. Or operate one

You get more loot that way anyway.

can’t defend turrets, fingers (main enemy of turrets) are immune to conditions.

Don’t worry, Anet thought of every way possible to screw over condition users.

In all honesty, how could they possibly being to deal with the condition cap? With every patch comes new content and with new content come inevitable bugs. Teaquatl patch has pretty much broken the game for ~15-25% of the player base I would imagine from the #‘s I’ve been reading here and in-game.

They literally do not have the server power to support the game in its current state, let alone upgrade it.

Yeah, they really need to find a better solution for conditions in PvE, especially if they continue with their current focus on PvE raids.

But being a Crit-heavy Power build isn’t so much better either, especially if you rely on Crits for certain proccs.

They really should just make bosses normal mobs like everything else instead of treating them like objects.

What is wrong with running running different builds in wvw and pve?
I also run zerker in pve and pvt in wvw?
