I have several expensive items I no longer need. I would love a method (even a purchasable, by gems, item) that would convert a Soulbound weapon to a Soulbound on Use . That way I could sell it in the TP and recover much of the ca$h I have just sitting in my inventory and wasting away. I would pay a pretty fair amount for such an item.

No way to do it. Only thing you can do is make an item accound bound.

If they did add that option, it would cost more than the item itself unless the item was a precursor or forge specific recipe.

Just look at the upgrade remover and transmutation splitter.
