Does anyone know if the Current event achievements (bandits and anomoly etc.) will disappear when the season 3 patch comes?

Doubtful. There are still Toxic events in Kessex; still Mordrem in Ascalon.
Though, if you have worries, you can try to finish as many as possible before the release. (Though, it’s leaving it a bit late.)
