discount in limited outfit?
I think there’s only been one discount regarding the Raiment of the Lich, and I think that was during the anniversary sale throughout August. (Edit: http://dulfy.net/2015/08/21/gw2-third-anniversary-sale/ it was on Day 4- less than 2 months ago.. but wasn’t actually on discount)
Other than that, these outfits are purely seasonal and appear during the Halloween celebrations at full price. If you want them, I would recommend buying them this Halloween… I doubt they’d go on sale again, or if so, it probably won’t be a significant discount.
I don’t wait for seasonal things to go on discount for the gem-store, it’s too risky and I’d personally rather get the item for a normal price and have security in knowing I have it. The only item I only ever wait to go on sale is character slots, as they are a permanent item anyway and a sale is somewhat predictable.
