Negative, no wolf summon from Pack Rune.
Wiki is incorrect.

If you click to the Pack Rune page, it gives you the correct bonus for the Major and Superior Runes. (Chance to grant Might, Fury, and Swiftness to allies when struck)

ah ok thanks, was tempted to use it to make a funny gimmick build if it summoned a wolf
