I’m on the Infiltration mission in the human questline and I clicked "open" on the door past the two bridges to the back of the cave, but it didn’t open fully and I can’t pass. How do I fix this?

Restart the quest? It’s right at the very beginning.

Try a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)? Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below.

Contact the CS Team via the same ‘Support’ link?

If you went over the two bridges to the back of the cave, you entered from the wrong end. Go up to the cemetery’s highest ledge and head to the back end at the cliff. You enter from there.

Ha. I wondered what the ‘two bridges’ meant. Silly me.

I’ve just done that ‘quest’ soooo many times (key runs), it didn’t occur to me someone would be entering from the other side. My bad.

I did enter through the cave, but turns out the chest was by the drakes. Thanks, though.

Ah, if you’d said you were looking for the chest of fuses, we could have said go to the drakes! We were helping with the “stuck door” part.
