seriously been waiting for an hour and hes a no show, wthell…..

He is just past the Mystic Forge. Walk around the forge as if you are going to the Gendarran gate and you will see him in the area with gates to the labyrinth etc.

Yeah he’s been by the other NPC’s since patch. Look for the candy corn icons near the forge

I haven’t seen him there.

I’ve heard some guildies claim he only shows up at certain times of the day (day/night cycle perhaps?) Unsure if this is true though. He was there when I went to LA about 30 mins after reset.

He can usually be found by the wagon in Trader’s Forum, but may sometimes patrol or be taken away by Mad King Thorn.
