You will need to farm grind ALLOT to be able to buy the recipt then you will need to farm and grind ALLOT to make the -Fake precursor- and you will need to make 4 then you will need to use the Mystic Forge put all 4 in it and HOPE that you will get a – Precursor Fragment – not a green item. and you will need 15 of – Precursor Fragment – to be able to buy the recip to make the – Precursor – and you will NEED to Farm and Grind ALLOT to make this.

This is what we know:
Precursor crafting will be done
It is presently ‘at high risk’ for meeting its deadline, along with the new legendary item
Please note that item in singular, not plural. Colin clarified at PAX that we would see only a single new legendary slot this year and that it would be of trinket type.
This is all we know.
They still have 2 months with which to work; however in both the blog and Colin’s post he points out that (basically) unforeseen circumstances could lead to this being delayed in its release. Dates are not set in stone. This is not all that uncommon in development. You budget a certain amount of time for something, but it ends up taking longer due to testing, due to additional code structure, due to other projects running over their allotted time, etc. I know we are impatient, but let them take the time they need to get it done, and to get it done right.
