can anyone somehow help me to find this remaingin zones or parts of the game are they hiden or what i wanna have all to max

Have you done all the jumping puzzles?

yes i have done all jumping puzzles and i have 100% on world explore

the problem is the map out side looks same and there are some hiden caves and so on whic i cant find and u cant find undergroud maps

There is absolutely no reason to ever go there apart from one event that rarely spawns.

No idea what you might be missing in the shiverpeaks though.

Except the complete maps will still show the names of the region, so compare it by name.

u can get 100% of maps in the regions and still have not explored special, secluded areas. comparing the maps does the trick. it’s tricky. edges of maps is often the reason for not getting all the titles. there is no POI (or waypoint, etc) to direct u to the missing part. that was my experience with finally getting the achievements. good luck
