Then I manage to get to a wave point.. but…. there’s a event going on, and I’m the only one there cause everyone else is doing zerg…
oh and I died. and the wave point that I am at is contested.

Its called a way point my good fellow. Although, it would be nice if it gave me a nice welcome upon arrival each time

I just finished doing Orr. Couldn’t have done it without those consumable stealth kits ( Ash Legion Spy Kits? ) – Really help you out – if you get agro, pop one and you’re all good again.

Most of the waypoints seem to be contested all the time, don’t know if it is better in more populated servers.

They are contested a lot for me as well, but its how it should be – its not meant to be a walk in the park area, you are supposed to die a lot there and be troubled. Seeing as how a lot of people are there usually (mainly due to the Arah main story line), its usually more than ok to waltz through…as long as you dont just charge in head first, which is what the OP seems to have been doing.

Yeah, every time I want to rush in this zone I die. Horrible.

Brings me to this little story where I wanted to get the last POI in cursed shore for 100%. It was the most south east one at the beach. When I got there, there were a lot of dead players. As I’m a friendly guy I rezzed every single one of them and thought, why don’t you just do the event when you’re there. There were around 30 little lvl 84 worms and I just pulled them all, because, why not, I have epidemic! I died, no one else seemed to have the same thought process as me and there I was lying. 10 metres from the last POI I needed. A train of players, at least 10, ran past me in a circle. Bots? I don’t know. I just raged really hard at this point.

Every single waypoint in the south was contested and I had to resurrect in the middle of the map. Time was precious, so I just ran, ignoring the mobs and I died. After 3 completely unnecessary deaths and nerdrages later I started to take it slow and get the kitten POI.

Mission accomplished. What have I learned? Don’t kittening rush!
