I made a toon on one server but i found out my uncle is playing on a different server but i cant just go and make another toon on his server i have to pay to transfer which i dont want to do and i find is really dumb because i want to have the free will to change around on servers i dont understand why there wouldnt be a fee to play on another server it is really dumb i am sorry to say but the rest of the game is nice if you guys just had this one feature i would lovei t just that much more and i am pretty sure a lot of other people would enjoy this feature as well.

If you delete all the characters on your account, you get to chose which server you want to start over.

Or if you don’t care about playing in WvW with your uncle, you can simply guest on his server.

The fee is because of WvW – it was free for the few several months. People/guilds would switch servers to force a loss by not participating and lots of people just want to win, so they would switch to whatever server is winning.

For PvE, you can just guest.
