Your name was quite inappropriate before. You deleted the character that was holding your items, and CS policy is not to replace deleted items. If they would do so, anyone could say they deleted an item and get multiple copies. This particular policy is good for the game. It is best to tell the whole story when posting.

That seems like a weird policy to have in place, in every other MMO I played. If you deleted your character/items by mistake. Customer service would return it for you.

No i asked if i had deleted the character holding the items. they did not respond with an answer that is the only thing i could think of where my item may of went. Multiple things could of happens to these items.

Possible that he couldve delete it by mistake when he decided not to roll that lvl 1 character.He deleted his character not the item so i don’t think why handing him back a digital stuff could be that difficult.
