So do players who bought a box of Draconic Armor and got the wrong gear get the correct gear retroactively? It only seems fair. It happened to me and I was out a great deal of gold and anet admitted fault in the notes.

They have a terrible policy of not replacing things you lose. I personally doubt they’ll give me my free trait reset, even though it’s totally their fault.
