I have enabled ‘show signature’ by default and on my posts. I have no idea why it isnt being shown. Unless 2 infraction points leads to this?

Sent one regarding my first infraction to no avail. I didnt even get a reply from them. Doubt i would have better luck this time.

That aside, are infraction points permanent or do they reset? If so, when?

If you reply to the PM sent by the Moderator, it will create a Forum Support ticket, and generate an initial automated response.

Infraction points are not permanent; the severity of the infraction determines how long they take to expire. No one, save Moderators/Devs, knows the exact time(s).

Maybe your signature was found to be offensive to someone…

I had mine removed from posting a tonne of GIF in the old WvW match up sub-forum, it was back shortly after.

I only ever had problems with infractions when this forum was brand new and the mods were trigger happy. Normally I don’t have problems with people and the rules are easy to follow. o _o
