How come I found 1 free reanim orb and 1 free exp booster in black lion trade co?

I got them for free and now i’m concerned they will say it’s a kind of “exploit”, since I don’t see any announcement that each player gets 1 of these items for free.

And it’s not only me, confirmed by friends and guildies….

It’s a promotion with unknown reason. No exploiting.
