Guild Wars 2

Might work. Should not be 600 gems for one emote, cmon Anet, MICRO transactions. Think 100 gems. Think it good.
Some ideas:

/popcorn
Must come complete with lawn chair and standard movie theater bucket o’ butter.

/instrument
Like in gw1, maybe have differing animations based on what emotion player inputs before the instrument, like /madguitar.

/disco
nufsed

/altdance
Honestly, hope this doesnt bite too hard, but some of the dance animations are really bad looking. (Looking at you charr, I mean what, is that your de-constipate dance?)

Shortened version leaves finisher and automatically exits game. Full version does some pouty/mad/ frustrated thing.

I loove the idea of more emotes almost as much as I love the idea of having less outfits and more armour skins, but I don’t think these are the kind of micro-transactions that make a game attractive; these things ought to be in the base of the game, y’know?

As for ideas for emotes, ooh… Just take a page from TESO’s book! All the beautiful, tasty emotes over there. We’re all playing a MMORPG so why not give us more RPG for our MMO

this should be in 45€ editions. Or in core game already.

Just my opinion, I definitely want more emotes, but I don’t feel I should have to pay for more emotes when we had a lot more emotes in Guild Wars 1 that for some reason never made it to this game.

I hear you. I think that if they were gonna add more for free then they wouldve already. As it stands now I think there are people out there that wouldnt mind paying a little to have some really cool emotes. Anet makes some cash, everyone wins. Sorta.

Would be cool if they did, more free emotes. Who doesnt want that. I’m talkin super sweet emotes, the kind that are way over the top and thus require some oomph to get made. The once-sub will have nothing on our new shinies!
