I may be reading this wrong, but do you have two separate accounts (different email logins), or are you having issues accessing the Mail Carrier on different characters within the same account?
The purchases are account-wide, so all of your characters on a single account should have access to the items. If that’s the issue you are having, then I’m stumped.
But if you are trying to get the item for two separate accounts, you would need to purchase the item for each.
2 separate accounts with 2 email logins. And yes, I usually need to purchase the item for each when I want one for both. But the game won’t let me do this time.
Ah, gotcha. Sorry for misunderstanding. I would try contacting support as that definitely sounds off. Maybe someone else will come along and provide some more info.
I experienced the same problem just now with the upgrade. I upgraded my account to the deluxe edition (I only have one account) and I did not receive the influence/rank booster, Rytlock or golems. Any solution to this?
