Guild Wars 2

I received a Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock in a Black Lion Chest. It unlocked “little white kitten” This little white kitten was Unlocked 3 years ago, and therefore NOT an UNLOCK. Please check as these chests leave much to be desired, and this cannot be an unlock if its unlocked already.

You should have received 2 Black Lion Keys for a duplicate Wardrobe Unlock (actually, it should not have ‘unlocked’ [you needed to have added it to the Wardrobe, though, and not merely have it in the Bank, or in inventory]); you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below for assistance (the BL Keys).
