could we get a forum tab focused on guild halls? it would make finding threads on guild hall ideas and issues alot easier than it currently is.

Unlikely.

They used to have a number of specialty sub forums, such as a subforum devoted to the trading post. They merged them into the general subforum some time back. As I recall the reason given was it would make finding the subjects easier if they were all in one subforum instead of in specialty subforums.
