Guild Wars 2

My guild and I were talking about this a while back. If guild houses were implemented it’d be great to either have guild vs guild competition. We would each stake something ( could be furnitures, gold, weapons etc.) and fight it out.
or the gvg competition could be in another WvWvW place but instead of forts and keeps the area around it would be surrounded by guild houses.

What do you guys think? You could your thoughts in this as well.

I like the guild housing idea.

I always support calls for guild houses, but there should be an option to choose where the house is. I am not interested in WvW, nor are many of my members, and this should not be something imposed on guilds.

they should implement GW1 idea of the guild house and have a place where you can do “scrimmage”

Yeah, GW1 guildhouses were at the same time designed as battlegrounds. This might be a good idea to revisit.

i suggest we also add profesions as carpenteer like the ones we had in hello kitty online so we can also craft our own furniture. (yea right like this was ever going to happen, why have a guild house system where there isn´t even a guild vs guild pvp or pve competition one)

I agree, we need someplace that can be considered as a “Guild Hall,”

I can already imagine two of the largest guilds in Tyria fighting over a rare spiritwood chair.

The last thing they said about guild housing was they could easily put in the generic style, like all other MMO’s but they want to take the idea of Guild housing and make it into their style. I say screw it give us the generic type and change it over time to what you want.

I also wish they would make it a pvp zone so if someone other then a guildie enters you can kill them in 1 shot

And whatever sense would that make?

they could make a ton of money from this too. I mean anet can make use pay “rent” using gems, just saying this as an incentive for them.
