I was hoping this last patch would nerf thiefs a bit, but still OP, oh well lucky i did not expect great things from this game, as it has not delivered.

anyone know of any other MMO’s coming out this year.

To be fair, he is right. D/D Thieves and GS Warriors make SPvP a complete joke.

It wouldn’t be an MMO if the stealth-assassin-soloplay class for 13 year olds wouldn’t be OP.

A D/D Thief? They are the only really dangerous ones. P/P for instance is a complete joke.

Interestingly enough, they did just nerf D/D… specifically the /D side.

Effect it makes on the real reason that set is complained about? 0.

Because the dancing dagger wasn’t even a real issue…and the cloack and dagger nerf helps ever so slightly, only realy served to set up the backstab anyway. Plus the C&D nerf doesn’t affect WvW combat if I’m not mistaken, anyway.

So there isn’t much reason to have expected thieves to be any worse off in the first place.

If you read the notes, you’d see that in the patch they nerfed every build APART from Backstab.

It’s like the only build we have left.

Deal with it or take your whining somewhere else.

He didn’t say he prefered it that way at all. In fact I got the distinct impression that he was slightly miffed that Anet nerfed the other builds and seems intent of pigeon holing thieves into the burst backstab style of play.

Really? You expect thief players to prefer having all builds equally broken?
