ive been looking for him for last few days and cant find him, is it a bug or has he left early ?

He left early like the detroit lions did when they had the division won in week 13.

They had 6 weeks. If they couldn’t get it done by then…

He stayed for most of the month of January. Almost everyone knew, or had the chance to find out when the next update was. Anyone holding stuff now will just have to wait till next year for their procrastination.
